• Coordinate vendor shipping dates, inland transportation, warehousing consolidation and on-hands reports.
• Confirm and arrange packaging and labeling requirements, warehouse delivery, and container loading;
• Reserve shipping space and dates (air and sea);
• Prepare consolidated shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.);
• Manage China export customs clearance and procedures;
• Oversee destination port import customs clearance and procedures;
• Provide shipment tracking and delivery confirmations.

Payment Solutions

• Consolidate and coordinate multi-vendor invoicing and payments;
• Facilitate payments to suppliers;
• Manage special issues related to exchange rate fluctuations, down payments;
• Coordinate Scrap/Rejected Parts;

Vendor Management

• Provide China import/export license service;
